• Weddings/Civil Unions
We understand that each wedding is unique and our philosophy is simple: we help you to make your day the way you want it to be. We’ve had years of experience catering for weddings and know what it takes to help your day run smoothly. The Venue provides a stunning setting for your Wanaka wedding. The expansive landscape surrounding the building lends itself to outdoor services. If unfortunately on the day the weather turns, The Venue also provides the perfect plan B, with enough space indoors to provide a great alternative.
• Celebrations
Celebrate in style with family and friends. The Venue’s function rooms are perfect for a range of celebrations including anniversaries, birthdays, christenings, charity dinners, graduation dinners and seasonal celebrations. You can hire either one or both function rooms to suit the size of your group and add a marquee to the courtyard to accommodate additional seating if required. For cocktail evenings, The Venue can accommodate up to 350 guests.
• Corporate Events, Conferences and Teambuilding
The Venue provides a private location for a corporate event, teambuilding weekend or conference. The Venue functions as a remote work space with the latest audiovisual equipment, a sound system and wireless broadband. After the function, clients or employees can seek adrenalin or relaxing pursuits with Mount Aspiring National Park, four ski fields and world-class fishing all within driving distance of The Venue.
• Funerals
The Venue offers a peaceful location for funerals or memorial services. We can take care of all the details including buffet or finger food for your guests and with additional seating in the courtyard The Venue can accommodate over 300 guests.
